  • DLOK Bleed Valves are available in SS 316, Duplex, Monel, and Hastelloy using high-quality bar stock construction.
  • Designed for a maximum working pressure of 10,000 psig (689 bar) at 100°F (37°C).
  • Available in 1/8" to 1/2" tubing and piping sizes.
  • Offered with multiple end connection options, including Double Ferrule Tube Fittings, Male/Female NPT, ISO, and SAE threads.
  • Suitable for temperatures from -65°F to 850°F (-54°C to 454°C) for stainless steel and -20°F to 450°F (-29°C to 232°C) for carbon steel.
  • Blow-out resistant stem design provides enhanced safety during operation.
  • Precision-machined stem and threads ensure smooth operation and long service life.
  • Full heat code traceability for material identification and quality assurance.
  • NACE-compliant versions are available on request for sour service applications.
