• DLOK Block & Bleed Valves are Manufactured from SS 316, Duplex, Monel, and Hastelloy for demanding industrial applications.
• Available in Modular Monoblock and 3-Piece designs.
• Designed for a maximum working pressure of 10,000 psig (689 bar).
• Offered in multiple configurations, including BNB, BBB, BN, NNN, and NN.
• Available with flanged connections from 1/2" to 4", Class 150 to 2500, and API flanges up to 2-1/16", 3000, 5000, and 10,000 lbs. Threaded end connections include 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" NPT, BSPT, and BSPP.
• Designed in accordance with ASME B16.34, ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5, API 6D, and ISO 14313 standards.
• Available with PTFE, PEEK, and PCTFE seat materials, along with optional PTFE, Graphoil, PEEK, and PCTFE packing materials.
• Features an anti-tamper bleed connection for enhanced safety and security.
• Certified for Fire-Safe performance as per BS 6755 Part 2 and API 607, with Fugitive Emission compliance to international standards.
