Features
- DLOK Flareless Fittings available in CS, SS 316, Duplex, Monel & Hastelloy Materials.
- Fittings consist of three main components: Bodies, Nuts, and Sleeves
- Size range: 1/8″ to 2”.
- Wide variety of end connections: Male & Female NPT, BSPP, BSPT, 37° Flare, Swivel & JIC Swivel.
- Working Pressure up to 8000 PSI. Working pressures will vary depending on tube and fitting size. (For applications using extreme pressures at 5000 PSI or above (or) for application with extreme pressure fluctuations, contact DLOK)
- Leak-tight connections, capable of withstanding high pressure.
- NACE certification available upon request for corrosion resistance.
- Heat code traceability for quality control and product traceability.
- For use with applications such as: Construction machinery, Textile machinery, Machine tools, Chemical, Marine, Military, and most other high pressure hydraulic applications. Applications using thick wall tubing where flaring is not practical.
- DLOK Flareless Fittings meet SAE J514 and MS (Military Specifications).
